• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders placed before 12 PM may be processed the same day

Shipping charges apply based on your order and delivery location.

Outside Kerala

Separate shipping charges apply for deliveries outside Kerala.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible orders above the minimum order value shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Kerala: 1–3 business days
• South India: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Tracking Information

We do not use Shopify live tracking integration.

Once your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner:

• Tracking or consignment details are shared manually via WhatsApp or SMS
• Customers may contact us anytime for shipment updates

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Refused delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
