Shipping & Fulfilment

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1.1 Processing Timeline

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order within our FSSAI-certified kitchen. Here is what happens before your parcel leaves our hands:

1.2 Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM IST on a business day (Monday–Saturday) will typically be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays / public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

The ₹499 free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes and after any discount codes are applied. Add more products to your cart to qualify for free shipping!

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • WhatsApp message to registered mobile number
  • SMS to registered mobile number
  • Email to registered email address

You can track your order by:

  • Logging into your account → My Orders → Track Order
  • Clicking the tracking link in the dispatch notification
  • Contacting support via WhatsApp with your order number

Packaging Standards

At Garden to Table, we prioritize freshness, hygiene, and premium packaging quality to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Food-grade airtight UV-resistant pouches or glass jars
Tamper-evident seals on all packages
Leak-proof sealing for liquid products
Bubble-wrapped pickle jars
Extra cushioning for wine and curd products
Branded outer cartons with packing slip

Important: If tamper seals are broken on arrival, customers should not consume the product and must contact support immediately.

Sustainability Commitment: We are transitioning toward eco-friendly biodegradable packaging in line with Garden to Table's sustainability commitment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available on Select Pin Codes

COD is available only on select pin codes. If available for your location, you will see the COD option at checkout.

  • Exact amount required during delivery
  • Payment collected at doorstep
  • No cheques, DD, or cards accepted
  • ₹30 COD convenience fee may apply
  • 3 delivery attempts policy

Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders

Undelivered Orders

Orders may remain undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No recipient available after 3 delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal at delivery

Re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

Perishable Products: Curd and other fresh perishable products may not be eligible for re-dispatch due to their limited shelf life.

Lost Orders

Step 1: Check with Others

Check with neighbours, family members, or building security

Step 2: Contact Support

Contact our support team within 48 hours of expected delivery

Step 3: Investigation

Investigation takes 5–7 business days

Step 4: Resolution

Replacement or refund will be provided if order is confirmed lost

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Seasonal demand (Onam, Vishu, Christmas, New Year)
  • Weather conditions or floods
  • Courier operational issues
  • Strikes, bandhs, or government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer address

We will keep you informed via WhatsApp and assist with tracking updates throughout any delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. We have plans to expand to UAE, UK, USA, and other global destinations soon.
