Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence.
Once verified, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Opened or consumed items, such as spices, pickles, oils, or powders, cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Customized orders or special requests are also non-refundable.
In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
