1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it is processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or consumed items, such as spices, pickles, oils, or powders, cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

  • Customized orders or special requests are also non-refundable.

4. Replacement

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
